Waiting, but not very expectantly

I'm glad for the change in government that was elected a few weeks ago. I am dubious that much will change, but I'm cautiously optimistic that "progress" will slow down.

It amazes me that ANYONE thinks that more government is the solution. Honestly, if "Washington is broken" as our President likes (liked?) to say, then what on earth makes anyone buy that huge growth in Washington is the answer? I really don't get it. Americans are not that stupid, despite the best efforts of the NEA.

The one change I would really like to see more than any other would be the adoption of the Fair Tax. I doubt it will ever happen, but it would be the best thing for our country, internally and externally.

Hi Michael,

What means NEA???

As the internet is international, beware of abreviations. They are the devil incarnate.
