Leveling out

So we just experienced the ZOE Conference 2009 - Inside Out. It was an excellent weekend. Though the format/schedule of the conference had changed, overall I think it was an improvement. We were encouraged, inspired, challenged, and uplifted by our time in Nashville. We also had a chance to just be 2 grownups for a couple days. This was very nice, and much needed.

My mom came up to stay with the girls - thanks SO much, Mom. We love you and appreciate you.

The title of this post refers to how I'm feeling post-conference. Less of a "mountaintop high" feeling. I actually think this is a good thing, an improvement from earlier times. I'm feeling more secure in several areas of my life, and this is good. Above all else I am more secure than ever that my wife loves me. This is VERY good.

I think you should totally feel secure. You guys are an awesome family and you have a Father that is KING!

Glad you and Natalie got to get away from it all for some God time.
